Theodore L Pervin

He is survived by his wife Kathleen, six children, Susan (Thomas) Lynch, Dawn (William) Grass, John (Kristen Glenna) Pervin III, Theodore (Suzanne) Pervin Jr., Jennifer (Daniel Roop) Pervin, and Ryan Pervin, ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a sister, Susan (Jerry) Fabian, a brother, Robert (Terri) Pervin, his father and mother-in-law, Edward and Carol Opdahl, a sister-in-law Linda Hackbart, and a brother-in-law Steven Opdahl. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, and a sister, Sharon Higgins.

A Celebration of Life for Theodore will be held at a later date.
